 Argentine tango stars Gato & Andrea will perform and teach classes in Arcata & Eureka October 23, 24 &25

These tango classes are appropriate for dancers with some beginning tango experience or more.
Friday, October 23 at No Limits Dance Studio(10th & K) in Arcata
7:30-9:30 P.M. or later Milonga dance with performances by Gato & Andrea
Bring finger foods and dress up. Cost $10
Saturday, October 24 at No Limits Dance Studio(10th & K) in Arcata
2:00-3:15 P.M. Tango Technique For Men and Women
3:45-5:00 P.M. Tango Musicality & Fluidity. Pauses and stops. Technique of “Sicadas” with special moves, positions and adornments
7:30 P.M. Dinner at the Chinns’. Free to all who are prepaid registrants of two or more classes and paid $5.
Complimentary Turner wines served with dinner
Sunday, October 25 in the upper dance studio on A Street side at 5th in Eureka
The regular Humboldt Tango class is rescheduled next Sunday for these special classes:
3:30-4:45 P.M. Milonga Rhythm and Musicality with close embrace and connection
5:15-6:30 P.M. Vals Rhythm and musicality with “figuras”from cross system; turns with syncopations and double time
7:00 P.M. No Host Dinner with Gato & Andrea at Lui’s in Eureka
Class Costs:
One-$25 Two-$45 Three-$65 Four $85
2009 Humboldt Tango members receive $1 off each class
Preregister and prepay for two or more classes plus $5 for the Chinns’ Dinner

Dance Tango !
Argentine Tango Taught by Leslie and Alan Odelberg
Five Fridays- beginning September 11, 2009
Tango 1 - 7:00- 8:00 pm*
Tango 2 -8:00- 9:00 pm*
A five week course which includes 5 dance classes and One Milonga (Tango dance party) on October 23, at 7:30pm with special guest performance by Argentine Tango instructors Gato and Andrea.
No Limits Studio, Corner of 10th and K Street, Arcata
